In this pivotal executive role, you’ll spearhead our market strategy, build lasting relationships with enterprise and government clients, and drive revenue growth through innovative go-to-market plans. Key Responsibilities
 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and revenue strategies to drive growth across commercial and government sectors.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and resellers to expand market presence.
  • Lead account planning, pipeline management, and contract negotiations to close high-value, complex technology deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on progress to executive leadership.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate enterprise and government sectors.
  • Represent C3Aero at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic partnership discussions.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • 8+ years of enterprise or B2B sales leadership experience, with a focus on technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in security, infrastructure, or SaaS markets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Experience managing and scaling sales teams in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team engagements.
 
Preferred Qualifications
 
  • Experience selling security, network infrastructure, or SaaS solutions to enterprise or government clients.
  • Established network of contacts in aerospace, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Knowledge of compliance-driven sales processes, including government procurement or regulated industries.
  • Prior success in launching new products or entering new markets with innovative go-to-market strategies.
